The lunch with Nic Harding
At our recent lunch meeting on Thursday 22nd May 2025, it was good to hear from Nic Harding, who leads Together for the Harvest in Liverpool. Nic was a great encouragement to us as he shared about the work he is involved in Liverpool, gathering the churches under an Evangelical Alliance banner to reach the city and the outlying regions.
News of our next lunch together
We will be holding another lunch meeting on Wednesday 24th September from 12-2 pm. More details will be sent out in September, but do please put the date in your diary.
MCEA steering group progress
At the next lunch we will hear from a few area-wide prayer groups as well as share how the steering group has progressed in terms of moving us forward.
The steering Group is currently made up of the following:

Roger Whyborn continues at act as our treasurer.
Paul Bennett on sabbatical
As of this week, I am taking a two month sabbatical. I will return in September and hope to see you at the September lunch meeting.
